6 people to deep clean up to 7 kitchens in 6 hours.yeah. There is only so much you can do with a small limited crew and a very limited time to do it in. The work in no way was hard or difficult, the thing that made it stressful was having to deep clean dang near everything every night and management breathing down your back. They just weren't part of the "good ole boys club". 95% of maintenance responsibilities were saved for the "qualified maintenance" on 1st and 2nd, even though 3rd had many very qualified people with a ton of experience that could do the work. No matter what you may be craving, you’ll find it at Buffalo Roam, an epic buffet in a small Kansas town. But be warned, this list may make you very hungry. This story was originally published June 13. We’ve found seven epic buffets in Kansas that every Kansan needs to try. There was really no maintenance work other than cleaning and changing out table game layouts on 3rd. The Kansas Star has several restaurants inside of it, including the fine-dining spot Woodfire Grille, the Kitchen Buffet, An Pho and The Star Deli. Upper management was horrible and highly favored only the upper management/salaried employees who had been there a while (good ole boys). The co-workers were the highlight of employment. The co-workers in maintenance were awesome! We got along great and definitely made the best of the night. 3rd shift is fairly boring and yet stressful, especially in the maintenance/cleaning area.
